ON WAY TO EMPIRE GAMES
N.Z. TEAM ABOARD AORANGI LETTER FROM MANAGER Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. A letter from Mr. It. J. Hobbs, manager of tho New Zealand team travelling on the Aorangi to take part in the Empire Games, which has been received by Mr. H. Amos, states that the team is all well except for two oarsmen who have been suffering from boils but are improving. The team had the of the gymnasium at special times and further facilities for training. Captain Martin being keen to do all he could for the party. The New Zealanders were fraternising with the Australians in deck games and should get along well. Concluding the letter on July 4 from Suva, Mr. Hobbs said the sea was choppy and some of the boys were a little sick. Others were stilt' from the previous day’s exercises, but all the members of the team were a happy familv.
