NEW ZEALAND WOOL CLEARED AT FAIR PRICES LONDON SALES REPORT Reed. 1 p.m. * LONDUN, Tues. At the wool sales 10.96 S bales were offered, including 5,175 from New Zealand. Approximately 5,750 bales were sold. All classes of Merinos were In limited supply. There was a splendid offering of slipes and a good supply of greasy crossbreds. All sorts were selling freely and prices were maintained. New Zealand crossbred sold: Annandale, lid and 9ijd; halfbred Lukiwai, Is Id and Is; Levels, Is lid and lid. New Zealand wool m*t with a better clearance than at recent sales. Three stars super halfbred combing lambs realised Is ljd, and Balmoral scoured Merino, 2s 2£d.
