MISS YUKI KIMURA AT Y.W.C.A. HOSTEL

GIRL CITIZENS ATTEND Miss Yuki Kimura, the visiting Y.W.C.A. secretary from Japan, has been staying at Y.W.C.A. I-loste 1 at Blockhouse Bay. During the past two weekends Girl Citizens met there in discussion groups of juniors and seniors respectively, with Miss Kimura as the leading figure. On the Saturday evenings they were taught some Japanese songs. Miss Kimura took the Sunday morning services and also addressed them on the girls of Japan and best ways toward world fellowship. Over seventy Girl Citizens attended the junior discussion group and a like number the senior at their successive weekend residence at their seaside hostel.
