MORE THAN 150 DEAD
HOPE ABANDONED FOR COALMINE VICTIMS KILLED BY POISON GAS United P.A.—By Telegraph Copyright BERLIN, Thursday. The total number of deaths in the coal mine explosion at Hausdorf is expected to exceed 150. There were more than 250 men in the mine when the poison gas began to pour in. The bodies of 80 victims have been recovered. 49 others were rescued, and 80 are still missing, for whom hope has been abandoned.
