RAIL CONCESSIONS CEASE
FULL FARE FROM SUNDAY The withdrawal of the Sunday concession fares on suburban lines is announced by the Railway Department. On and after Sunday next, July 12, the full ordinary fares will be charged for Sunday travel. Concession fares issued prior to that date will not be affected, and will be available for use on Sundays up to rheir expiry dates. Through tickets will not be affected. The areas affected are the zones Auckland-Onehunga-Papakura, Auckland -Wa i taker e. Wei 1i n gton -Water 100 - Cpper Hutt, Wellington-Plimmerton, Napier-Hastings, Lyttelton-Templeton, Oyttelton - Rangiora, Fvansdale - Port Ohalmers-Otokia, and. InvercargillBluff.
