REMAND GRANTED
BREAKING AND ENTERING CHARGE Charged with breaking and entering the dwelling of Frank Georgp Kvans at New Plymouth between December 13, 1929, and January 14, 1930, Clarence Nelson John Bovey, who appeared at the Police Court this m >rning, was remanded to appear at New Plymouth on July 11. Bovey was alleged to have stolen a clock, shoes, a pair of trousers, a mathematics set, a fountain pen and pencil in a silver case, and a rug, of a total value of £9. On the application of Chief-Detect-ive Hammond a remand to New Plymouth on July 11 was granted by Mr. F. K. Hun;', S.M.
