1,800 THEFTS ADMITTED
WOMEN’S CAREER OF CRIME A record of petty thieving and for past convictions is believed to have been revealed by two women, Lucie Van Loo and Suzanne Mulle, who have been arrested in Paris. According to the police, the women confessed to having committed 1,800 petty thefts during the past ten years. The total value of the goods they have appropriated is £1,500. Van Loo is said to have admitted to numerous previous convictions, which running consecutively, have earned for her in all 150 years of police surveillance, and her companion is said to have committed convictions involving 320 years police surveillance.
