UNEMPLOYMENT PROPOSALS NEXT WEEK MAYBE ENGLAND’S EMERGENCY British Official Wireless Rbcd. 11.30 a.m. RUGBY, Thursday. The Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, stated in reply to ques tions in the House of Commons, that he hoped to introduce emergency legislation relating to unemployment at an early date, probably next week.
