LOAN PROPOSAL CARRIED On a proposal to raise a loan of £IO,OOO for water reticulation in the Glen Eden town district, a poll was carried yesterday by a majority of 5? votes. Votes in favour of the scheme numbered 134 and 77 votes were against the scheme. It is expected'that reticu-i lation will start early in November.
