ARCHBISHOP DEDICATES LIFEBOAT. — Archbishop Julius, 0 f Christchurch, dedicating Rescue 11.. the new Sumner' lifeboat, on Saturday. The Rescue 11. is the only motor-lifeboat south of the Lire. In the background is Mr. J. McCombs, M.P.. who launched the beat.
