REAL HUON
A Real Huon’s fine effort for second place in the 1929 Sapling Stakes behind John Jinks (Southern critics said he was unlucky not to win) it was generally expected O. E. Hooper's youngster would soon make a name for himself as a three-year-old. However, so far this season he has failed to materialise, but off the end of the Lyndhurst trot at Ashburton tomorrow Real Huon will have every chance to make good. He may find GEORGE REY, who recently won a double at Forbury Park, a hard nut to crack.
