CANADIAN PARTY LEADER OPPOSES TREATY
‘ABROGATION TOO LATE'
Reed. 9.5 a.m. VANCOUVER, Thurs. A message from Woodstock. Ontario, says that, following a declaration that if elected he would abrogate every trade treaty “injurious to Canadian agricultural interests,” Mr. R. B. Bennett, Conservative Opposition Leader, in a campaign address, asserted that the abrogation of the New' Zealand treaty comes five years too late. The Conservatives had always opposed the agreement, he added.
