NATIONAL BANK PAYS OUT ON TAX-FREE BASIS BONUS WITHHELD Reed. Xoon. LONDON, Tuesday. j The National Bank of New Zealand has declared a final dividend of 12 per cent, tax free. The directors state that in view of the general economic situation through out the world and the fall in the value of commodities, they deem it prudent to withhold a bonus.
