Following King Carol’s coup in Rumania, a Socialist newspaper says it is being planned that the young Archduke Otto should visit Hungary and, with the aid of 35,000 Fascist officers and soldiers, be proclaimed King of Hungary. A message from Brussels says it is reported that a number of influential Hungarians have arrived at Steennockerzeel, where the Archduke Otto is living with his mother.
