Ismail Sidky Paslia, a leading economist, has formed a non-party Cabinet and intends to amalgamate the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies. Ismaid Sidky Pasha was Minister of Finance in the Cabinet formed by Sarwat Pasha in March, 1922. He was Minister of the Interior in Ahmed Ziwar Pasha’s Cabinet in March, 1925.
