PRESENTATION AT MERCER
A presentation to Mr. J. Leslie, stationmaster at Mercer, who has been transferred to Auckland, was made at a social last week. In giving Mr. Leslie a dining-room clock and shaving outfit, Mr. Bourne expressed the regret of residents at Mr. Leslie's departure.
