Stevenson, of Musselburgh Rise, Dunedin, is staying at the Grand Hotel for a few days. * Miss Mabel Lever, late of the Muriel Starr Company, has arrived in Auckland from Sydney and is the guest of her sister, Mrs. W. Glasse, Swanson. Miss Gretta Don, of Bournemouth, England, Mr. and Mrs. E. Gilbert, of Sydney, and Miss E. M. Freed, of Sydney, are among the guests at the Grand Hotel. AN ENGAGEMENT The engagement is announced of Lillian, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Wigg, of Herne Bay, to Cecil, third son of Mr. and Mrs. S. Ward, of Stratford.
