TRAGEDY IN CHRISTCHURCH STREET Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. George Waugh, aged 55, a married man, of Sydenham, was found hanging from a tree in Fitzgerald Avenue this morning. A rope was round his neck and a bicycle had been used as a stand.
