HUSBAND LEFT HOME
ORDER TO RETURN MADE
Until three years ago their married life was happy, according to Olive May Macklow (Mr. Finlay), who applied to Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court today for an order for restitution of conjugal rights against her husband, John Walter Teed Macklow. The petitioner said the marriage took place in May, T9lO. Three years ago her husband started going out at all hours, and neglecting her. He finallv left home on April 11, this year. A sister of petitioner said that while she was living with her sister the atmosphere of the home was not very good. After leaving there in February, witness visited her sister constantly, but rarely found respondent at home. Finally he packed up his belongings and left. An order for the husband’s return within 14 days was made. An order requiring Manueleta Zildah Wynyard to return to her husband william Kawiti Wynyard (Mr. Half Skelton) within 14 days, was made by the judge. The parties were married in March 2900’ she left home in February,
