NO DOSS-HOUSE PERMIT
NAPIER BOARD’S DECISION Press Association NAPIER, Today. In view of the evidence produced at the recent conference of clergy and others interested in social work, the Hawke’s Bay Hospital Board has decided that the present arrangements for meeting distress arising out of unemployment are adequate. The board, in consequence, would not agree to the establishment of a doss house in Napier.
