MANUKAU AMATEUR CLUB The Manukau Amateur Cycling Club held its first race over two laps of its new five-mile circuit, a field of IS facing the starter on Saturday The* following is the result: D. Baird, omins i IT. Gordon, Smins 40sec . . . . ? R. Baston, Smins 3 S. Baird, lmin 43sec 4 Fastest time was returned by S. Baird, who rode a great unpaced race. ITis time was 27min SOsec —great going for this hilly course.
