ROTORUA GARDENS

INSPECTION BY MINISTER From our own Correspondent ROTORUA, Saturday. The Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. P. A. de la Perrelle, accompanied by the Mayor and other officials, made a comprehensive tour of the various works in progress in the Government Gardens. Mr. Bartlett, officer in charge of the work, said that if there was no further delay in delivery of overseas material, the work could be concluded in three months. In connection with the golf links, the Minister said other sports need not be alarmed, as the course would take two 3-ears to construct and other arrangements would he made by that time.
