YOUTH ARRESTED

ALLEGED GAMING CHARGE TO APPEAR AT NAPIER Arrested on a charge of assisting in the management of a common gaming house, Frank Foster, of 16 Bower Street, Xapier, appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Police Court this morning. He was remanded to appear at Xapier on June 18. Foster, a youth of 18, was arrested by Detective Allan this morning. The alleged offences are said to have occur ed at Xapier between March 8 and 15. Chief-Detective Hammond said he had no objection to bail, which was allowed in one surety of £IOO.
