PARTY AT WANGANUI USE OF DOMINION MATERIALS Press Association WANGANUI, Wednesday. The Governor-General, Lord Bledisloe, and Lady Bledisloe visited the Wanganui Girls’ College and the Sacred Heart Convent this afternoon. Later in the day they were the guests of the Farmers’ Union at afternoon tea. Lord Bledisloe has set an example by wearing New Zealand-made clothes, even to his boots and tie. The frock worn by her Excellency -»today was also manufactured in New Zealand from wool grown in the Dominion. His Excellency has stressed the advisability of New Zealanders following their example.
