RIALTO, NEWMARKET

“The Romance of the Rio Grande,” which is now at the Rialto Theatre, Newmarket, is a colourful tale of love and hate and the struggle for the inheritance of a wealthy hacienda in Mexico.

The tuneful Spanish guitars and serenades and the romantic atmosphere of the old Spanish homes in Mexico are a fitting setting for this fine drama. Warner Baxter is the star and is supported by Mary Duncan and Mona Marris. Miss Marris sings several Spanish love songs. Full upports are also being shown.

William Austin was born in Georgetown, British Guiana, South America. He is Gt't 2in tall, weighs 12st 21b, has brown liair and blue eyes. His favourite recreations are golf, gardening and motoring.
