TWO FOOTBALLERS INJURED

Two football casualties which occurred on Saturday afternoon necessitated hospital treatment. Cyril Smith, aged 21, of 24 Dominion Street, Takapuna, was suffering from concussion, and Robert Hayes, aged 16, of 21 Reimer’s Avenue, ICingsland, received internal injuries when he was kicked in the stomach. The condition of both patients this morning was improved.
