NEW ZEALANDER KNIGHTED A congratulatory message has been sent by the Governor-General, Lord Bledisloe, to Sir Harold Delf Gillies, chief plastic surgeon, Ministry of Pen-’ eions, London. Sir Harold is a New Zealander, upon whom the King has conferred the honour of knighthood.
