TOMORROW’S PROSPECTS

THE second day of the Auckland Racing Club's winter meeting wilt be held at Ellerslie tomorrow, the big event on the card being the Great Northern Steeplechase. Acceptances closed at midday today, and these, together with a review of the prospects by “Early Bird," will be found on the late racing page of this issue. The fields all round are excellent, and the indications are that “Steeplechase Day" at Ellerslie will be one of the best on record.
