SCHOOL-CHILD INJURED
While proceeding to school along- the Great South Road, Manurewa, at about nmo o clock this morning, Irene Joan . - er - slx years of age, who lives with, her parents at Manurewa, was knocked down by a motor-car. The injured child, who was attended to by Dr. Campbell Jenkins, of Manurewa, received cuts on her forehead, abrasions to her face, and to her knees shock After receiving medicai attention she was taken to her home. the car was driven by Mr. Ilenrv BKeen, a commercial traveller livin'at ITerne Bay.
