COALMINES TO RESUME ON NOVEMBER TERMS MEN’S REQUEST CONSIDERED SYDNEY. Friday. The Premier of New South "Wales, Mr. T. R. Bavin, says the coalminers have agreed to return to work on substantially the same terms as those they rejected on November 29. The Cabinet will consider the miners’ request for the release of the imprisoned rioters, as the Government is anxious for the speedy resumption of work.
