PORT FREMANTLE FROM LONDON. The Commonwealth and Dominion Lin*-motor-ship Port Fremantle was scheduled to leave London yesterday with a general merchandise cargo for discharge at Auckland. Port Chalmers and Hmn. She is due at Auckland about June l.». TAINUI AND MAH AN A.—A. S. Faterson and Co., Ltd., advises that the Shaw, Savill vessels Tainui and Mahana are to complete their Homeward loadings at this port and sail from here. The Tainui. which is due here on June 1 from Southampton and London, niter discharge is finished at Southern ports, is due back to complete her loading for the return trip on June 23. The Mahana. now at Port Chalmers discharging the first of her cargo from London, is due at this port on June 14 to complete her cargo for Halifax and London. She is to sail finally from here on June *.O. MARINE EXAMINATION RESULTS. —Tlic following were successful in the May examinations conducted by the Marine Department:— Mr. D. She has been at Wellington, LytI telton and Dunedin to take Royal Naval Volunteer Reservists on their annual training cruises. The vessel will shortlr resume training cruises for Auckland reservists.
