RULES ALTERED
CONFERENCE AT LORDS Reed. Noon. LONDON, Tuesday. Messrs. H. D. Swan and A. H. Msher represented New Zealand at a meeting of the Imperia Cricket Conference at Lords, which approved a number of alterations in the rules, including one regarding the residential Qualifications. These are to be submitted to the 'arious countries and will not come into force until they approve of them.
