CRUELTY TO DOG

HOT WATER THROWN From Our Own Correspondent HUNTLY, Friday. Hannah Stewart, for ill-treating a dog, was fined £ 5 in the Police Court today. Constable Rimmer produced a statement signed by Mrs. Stewart, in which she said she had been annoyed by a number of dogs fighting at her house. The dog frightened her baby and upset her washing and she threw a bucket of water over it. The water was not boiling.
