MR. H. J. BARFORD ELECTED From Our Own Correspondent MORRINSVILLE, Today. Mr. H. J. Barford was the only one nominated for the seat on the Morrinsville Borough Council, made vacant by the resignation of Mr. T. Martin. Nominations closed yesterday and Mr. Barford was declared elected.
