GOSHAWK PENALISED
Mr. F. J. McManemin has rehandicapped Goshawk 41b, from 9.9 to 9.13, for the Cornwall Handicap, to be run at Ellerslie on June 3. Goshawk has won two races in New South Wales during the past week or two, one being at Randwick and the other at Wagga.
