NEW DIRECT RADIO
SERVICE TO ISLANDS A direct radio service between Auckland and Rarotonga was put into operation today, according to advice from the Secretary of the Post and Telegraph Department. This has led to the reduction of charges, which now are as follows: Xew Zealand to Rarotonga, Is a word: Xew Zealand to Aitutaki, Atiti, Mangaia and Mauk . Is 3d a word.
