ARRESTED FOR FRAUD
INSURANCE COMPANY HEADS HELD AT SYDNEY Reed. 10.10 a.m. SYDNEY, Today. Following recent investigations of the affairs of certain insurance companies, detectives arrested two exofficials of a company now in liquidation. Clarence McHogue, described as a secretary, and Arthur Roach,, a company manager, were later charged with conspiracy to defraud.
