CABINET CHANGE
BEN TURNER TO RESIGN FROM THE MINISTRY LONDON, Wednesday. The Parliamentary Secretary to the Mines Department, Mr. Ben Turner, will shortly retire from the Ministry, and be succeeded by Major A. T. Lee
or Mr. Vernon Hartshorn, both of whom are members of the Indian Commission. It is rumoured that Mr. Noel Bui ton, Minister of Agriculture, has beer nominated for an important colonial post which will become vacant soon.
