LATEST ANNOUNCEMENTS Press Association WELLINGTON, Thursday. The following changes in the staff of the New Zealand Military Forces are announced: Major H. J. Redmond. N.Z. Staff Corps, posted to retired list: Captain G. Dittmer, N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes appointment of staff officer in charge of the No. 2 Regimental District, Paeroa, and is appointed adjutant Ist Battalion, North Auckland Regiment; Captain F. L. Hunt, N.Z. Staff Corps, who has been attached for duty in the Northern. Command since January 29. 1930, is transferred to the Central Command and appointed weapon training instructor; Captain E. L. O. Brown. N.Z. Staff Corps, having been granted sick leave, relinquishes appointment of area officer, Area 10 A. Christchurch; Captain J. L. Brooke, N.Z. Staff Corps, appointed Area Officer, Area 10 A, Christchurch, in addition to his other duties: Lieutenant G. H. Heal. N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes appointment of assistant area officer. Area 1 A. Auckland, and is seconded for service with the Department of External Affairs for duty at Samoa.
