“ACCIDENTAL DEATH”
PEDESTRIAN STRUCK BY CAR Tile verdict of accidental death was returned yesterday by Mr. Sutherland", coioner. at an adjourned inquest into the death of \\ illiam Ernest Harrison be n s^ uck by a motor-car driven Am-n'Yv 11 ” ushes on College Hill on Apul 17. Sergeant Lambert represented the police and Mr. W. P. Fennell appeared for the relatives of the deceased.
Medical evidence was given bv Dr Corry. after which Sydney .Tames i.jan a taxi-driver. stated that it would have been impossible for Hut-lie--to have avoided the accident. The. coroner said that no blame was attachable to the driver of the car and a verdict was returned accordingly.
