SOVIETS’ DEBTS
EXPERTS WILL REPORT ON SETTLEMENT BASIS STATEMENT IN COMMONS Reed. Noon. RUGBY, Monday. Mr. Arthur Henderson, Foreign Secretary, stated in the Commons that an agreement has now been reached with the Soviet Government for the establishment of a joint committee of experts and a number of sub-commit-tees to examine the basis of settlement of the questions of debts and claims.
