NEW CITY BUILDING WORK TO BEGIN SHORTLY A three-storey factory is to be . rected shortly at the corner of Nelson . treet and Wellesley Street West for Berlei (New Zealand), Limited. A contract for the building, which is to cost about 17,00 D. has been let to Mr. N. Cole, builder and contractor, on plans prepared by Mr. Roy A. Lippincott. The factory building will house the general offices as well as the workrooms, and provision lias been made for recreation and luncheon rooms for the staff. Construction throughout will be of reinforced concrete. It is expected to complete the work before the end of the year.
