ENGAGEMENTS
The engagement is announced of Daphne Nita, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Douglas, of Carroll Street, Te Kuiti, to Ernest John, third son of Mr. and Mrs. CU. E. Patterson, of Papatoetoe, Auckland. A marriage has been arranged and will shortly take place between Dr. Dorothy Crawley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. E. Crawley, of One Tree Hill, and Dr. John F. Gwyther Richards, D. 5.0., son of the late Mr. John Gwyther Richards, of Mount Eden.
