TAUMARUNUI BRIDE WEARS IVORY GOWN RELIEVED WITH SILVER

The wedding took place recently at the Taumarunui Catholic Church, of Winifred Alary, third daughter of Airs. A. Alorgan, of Taumarunui. and Wallace Herbert, only son of Air. and Airs. H. Geange, of Ohura. The Rev. Father Brady performed tho ceremony. The bride, who was given away by Air. W. Greaves, wore a dainty bridal frock of white georgette and silver. Her veil was arranged on her head with orange blossoms, and she carried a. fringe bouquet of autumn flowers and maidenhair fern. Two sisters of the bride attended, Aliss Nellie Alorgan wearing a frock of blue embroidered crepe de chine, and Aliss Jean Alorgan in a frock of pale pink georgette. They carried bouquets to match their frocks. Little Adele Alattar was flower girl and wore an ankle-length frock of buttercup yellow taffeta. Air. P. Donegan, of Oliura, was best man. At the reception which followed Airs. ATorgan received the guests in a smart tweed frock relieved with brown crepe de chine. Tho bridegroom’s mother wore a blue velvet frock trimmed with fawn. .
