WELL-KNOWN SPORTSMAN KILLED DR. THOMAS HARRISON rrcss Association DUNEDIN, Today. The medical superintendent of the Cromwell Hospital, Dr. Thomas Harrison, was killed near Queenstown last night when his car struck a rut, go»g over a bank and crushing him. Dr. Harrison went to the Great War with the Main Body as a member of the New Zealand Medical Corps. In his university days he was a prominent footballer, and for four years was president of the Dunedin Returned Soldiers’ Association. He was also popular in racing circles, and owned several horses, the best known being Arrowmir.
