BANKRUPTCY COURT
JUDGE LUKIN HEADS NEW AUSTRALIAN INSTITUTION Reed. 10.5 a.m. MELBOURNE. Today The Federal Attorney-General, Mr. Frank Brennan, has announced that it has been decided to introduce legislation to create a Federal Bankruptcy Court, of which Judge Lukin will be appointed the first Federal Judge.
