SHIPMENTS TO UNITED KINGDOM The Xew Zealand Meat Producers Board has received a cable from its representative at Buenos Aires. South America, advising the following shipments to the United Kingdom for the fortnight ended April 24, 1930, from Argentine and Uruguay, (The figures do not include exports from Patagonia, Chile or 8ra5i1)236,740 quarters i filled beef; 2,330 quarters frozen beef; 04.430 carcases frozen mutton; 162,500 carcases frozen lamb. The quantity shipped to the Continent of Europe during the same period was as f0110w5:—86,717 quarters frozen beef: 11,814 carcases frozen mutton; 2.600 carcases frozen lamb.
