DISTRICT REPRESENTATION Press Association. PALMERSTON N.. Today. The biennial movable conference of the New Zealand branch of the Manchester Unity of Oddfellows continued this morning. After a discussion concerninK the basis of representation of districts, it was decided that it be one representative for each 1,000 members, instead of for each 600. The tenure of office of the grand secretary was changed to that of h permanent officer. Previously he was appointed during the pleasure of the movable conference.
