AUCKLAND SOCIETY’S CONCERT Compositions by Tschaikowsky and Dvorak were given at the Aucklani Chamber Music Society’s first comer* for 1930, held in the Lewis Eudy Ha.i last evening. There was a large and enthusiastic attendance. Besides the Auckland Tri«Mrs. R. A. Singer and Miss Lois Walls were taking part. Several songs were given by Mrs. Cyril Towsey, including Schubert’s “The Young Nun Strauss’s “Standchen,” Del Riego * “Shadow' March,” and Hahn s *'Re\ - erie.” The Auckland Trio (Mr. Cyi ’ Towsey. Miss Ina Bosworth and MJ-« Molly Wright) played Tschaikowsky « •‘Composition Dedicated to the Memory of Rubinstein.” #
