This include? two big talkies. “Senor Americano starring Ken Maynard, and “Wise Girls,” a real comedy. ‘ Woman to Woman.” the Cinema Art Films’ all-talking production, which comes to the Roxy tomorrow, presents to the audience the most soulstirring drama that marred the lives of three people ever told. It is the taJking version of the silent film which tore at the imaginations of picturegoers some years ago. It is the eternal triangle enacted once rncr*. only this time the situation is altered. It tells of a wife, who approached her husband’s sweetheart —woman to woman—to settle the name of his child How they do this without prejudice provides one of the biggest climaxes of the film. Playing the leading roles in this poignant domestic drama, which was directed by Victor Saville for Tiffany - SiahJ, is Betty Compson. whose recent performances in “On With the Show and “Weary River’ have won for her a host of followers, which is even greater than the following she had during her reign in the silent filmShe i* supported bv George Barraud and Juliette Compton.
